Some things are forever - but forever gives you the chance to adapt well.
Our health can change so quickly over time. It takes our resources and energy to adapt to our new realities, and sometimes we need help. A Registered Dietitian can help you reach YOUR full potential.

Populations of Interest
It is important to know who you advocate for. Within chronic illness, I believe that our vulnerable populations are most in need for kindness and care so that they can live longer, healthier lives. I have a body of work from my internship dedicated to these populations.

Persons with Physical or Cognitive Disabilities
People have so many different minds and bodies. It's important we reach those that need more access to care before they need it.

First Responders
Constant exposure to the fight or flight response can cause considerable breakdown of the body and mind. Caring for our first responders is essential to ensuring community safety.

Women's Health
It is my opinion that women's health should be optimized for a better society. Wherever you are in your health journey, your body should be revered and nourished well.

Polypharmacy
Taking multiple different drugs to care for many health conditions can be frustrating, especially when it affects your drive to eat. I want to help make it easier to manage the regimen.

Military and Veterans
Active duty personnel and veterans often give up parts of their health to manage the strain of the job. Adapting to a new life can require extra help.
